Please ensure you read, and are happy to agree to the terms in the FAQ's below before making your purchase, by purchasing through our site you are agreeing to our terms.
Storage and Longevity
Balloons that are delivered inflated are expected to look at their best for 3-5 days, some may last for weeks! It is important to note that although our balloons are lots of fun to look at they are not toys and playing with them will cause damage.
Always store you balloons at normal room temperature, they don't like to be too hot or too cold. You can leave balloons in the delivery box but, we will always advise checking your balloons when they arrive to make sure you are happy with them.
Amendment and Cancellations
Changes and cancellations to inflated and/or personalised balloons needs to be made in writing three working days prior to your delivery date. Changes and cancellations made after your balloon has been inflated/dispatched will incur a cancellation charge.
If your item is not inflated and/or not personalised then we can, cancel or amend your order 24 hours’ notice before the item is due for dispatch. Please note we will not refund any delivery charges incurred.
We do not accept returns on inflated and/or personalised items. These items have been created just for you and so cannot be reused or resold.
Standard non-personalised and uninflated items, can be returned if you are not completely satisfied with the goods, begin your return by emailing us within 14 days of receiving the goods and ensure the items are returned within 30 days in their original condition with the packaging intact.
We do not offer a pre-paid return option and as a result the postal service used to return the items is at your sole discretion; we would always recommend using a tracked or signed for service so you can track your item's journey. Once the items have been received at our HQ, the product will be inspected and refunded, excluding any delivery costs on the order.
Please note that if your items are faulty this does not affect your statutory rights.
Inflated Balloon Faults
Our products are tested before packaging and dispatch however on very rare occasions an inflated balloon may arrive and you may notice a fault. If the product is faulty, please email us within 24 hours of receipt with a photo of the balloon. If we receive notification and photos after 24 hours of you receiving the goods this limits how we can assist you.
During the checkout procedure you will be able to choose the delivery date for your products. We do advise that you have the items delivered the day before you need them, this mitigates issues with the courier delivery which we can not accept responsibility for as once the packages leave our shop we in their hands and we have no control over circumstances that may affect their ability to deliver the parcel.
The last day for shipping balloons to you will be 20 December 2021 after this date orders will not be dispatched until Wednesday 5th January 2022. Orders can still be placed during our closure.
Please note the last order day before Easter is the Wednesday before Good Friday orders placed after 9am on this day will not be dispatched until the Tuesday after Easter Monday, making the first delivery day the Wednesday after Easter Monday.
DPD do not deliver on Bank Holidays, please bear this in mind when ordering.
Monday deliveries are dispatched on a Friday. This may result in your item arriving early over the weekend.
Delivery To Third Party/Venue
Your items may be a gift but we do suggest that you let your recipient know that they have a parcel coming so they can let you know if they will be available to sign for the gift. If they are not at home the courier will reattempt delivery the following day. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue any delivery charge refunds if the recipient is not at home. If your item is being delivered to a venue ahead of your function
Please check that this is ok and there will be someone there to receive the item and ensure it is cared for properly, once your item has been signed for at the venue we can not accept responsibility for your items if they are then misplaced.
Please note we ship to main land UK only. Some areas of mainland UK have a 2 day delivery, and incur additional fees. If you are unsure please contact us prior to ordering and we will look into delivery restrictions to your area.
Deliveries can not be made on Sundays or Bank holidays. Saturday deliveries incur an additional charge.
We use Royal Mail, My Hermes or DPD for our items. All inflated items will be sent with My Hermes or DPD. If, after booking your parcel for delivery, the courier fails to collect the package in time there will be a delay to the arrival date, unfortunately we can not accept any responsibility for this.
Out Of Stock Items
If you order a product and there is a problem with it when we inflate/personalise it, it is possible that we may not have an exact replica in stock to replace it with. On the very rare occasions this may happen we will always contact you to discuss replacing the item with another of equal value or to offer a refund if no suitable alternative can be found for your requirements.
